stories for kids 7 years old

Mazin was four years old when his father passed away. Mazin was a very handsome boy. He was tall with black hair and white skin, and everyone who saw him loved him. He was kind and cheerful, and he loved and cared for his little sister. Mazin loved going to the amusement park.

When Mazin turned six, his mother took him to the amusement park with his little sister Hala and allowed them to play on the rides suitable for young children. Hala loved to play on the carousel, and Mazin loved to play in the bumper cars.

The kind Mazin took his turn playing while the beautiful Hala watched and applauded him, but she was afraid of that game. Mazin was having a lot of fun playing in the cute bumper cars and didn’t feel any fear, as Mazin was a brave and intelligent boy.

When it was her turn, she entered the game enclosure and the game attendant closed the door and Hala got on the carousel. The game started moving, but the beautiful girl Hala was scared and started to cry. Mazin took pity on her and tried to help her, but the game was spinning and the fence was closed, so he started calling out to his sister in a loud voice:

“Hala, smile so we can take a picture of you”

Hala tried to enjoy herself, but she was scared, so the brave Mazin couldn’t bear to see her cry, so he started calling out to the game attendant:

“Stop it… Hala is crying… stop it!”

The mother tried to calm her little Mazin down and tried to encourage Hala to stop crying, but Hala kept crying and Mazin kept being afraid for her!

The game attendant sat down on his chair and stopped the game, and the speed of the game gradually decreased. The mother waited for it to stop, but she was surprised that the little six-year-old brave Mazin had jumped from the fence into the inside, and the game had started to stop, but it was still spinning slowly.

The fence guard tried to catch up with him, but Mazin was faster than the guard. He grabbed that horse tightly and hugged his sister and helped her down, then he held her for a full minute until she was reassured and stopped crying. Hala smiled and Mazin said to her in a tone like his father’s caring voice:

“Oh, Hala, how sweet you are when you cry”

The game attendant expressed his feelings about the scene, saying:

“This is the sweetest child I’ve ever seen in my life”

The mother approached Mazin tenderly and hugged him and said to him:

“You are very brave and kind-hearted, but I don’t want you to risk or gamble again, there are specialists for everything here, my little one”

Hala didn’t like the idea, so how could she eat the meat and give the bone to the cat? So she asked her mother, “Do the bones taste good, Mom?”

The mother replied confidently, “Of course, the bones are very useful and taste great.”

Little Hala smiled innocently and took her share of chicken and went to the cat and gave it to her.

Her mother asked her in surprise, “Why did you give your share of chicken to the cat?”

Hala said, smiling a clever smile, “I will eat the bones because the bones are very delicious and healthy.”

The mother realized that Hala was too smart to be easily fooled. She laughed and said, “Okay, take my share of the meat and eat it and I will eat the bones as a reward for me.”

Everyone laughed and the mother took another piece of chicken and that trip was wonderful.

Hala returned home having met one of the most beautiful girls, Zuhur, and taught her mother a lesson in selflessness that she will never forget.

The Story of Battuta and the Fish

The story of Battuta

 story for kids

In one of the beautiful lakes, there was a beautiful yellow duck that lived in it. She fed on the lake’s weeds and the small fish that lived in the lake.

One day, the beautiful duck Battuta was able to catch a beautiful goldfish. Before she could eat it, the fish called out to her, in a beautiful voice!

The little duck was surprised when she heard the fish’s voice, so she left it to hear what it wanted to say.

The goldfish said, “Oh, beautiful yellow duck, why do you want to eat me?”

The duck said confidently, “Because I’m hungry!”

But the goldfish was not convinced by that excuse, so she asked reproachfully, “Does that mean that a hungry human has the right to catch and eat you?”

The yellow duck thought for a while and then replied, “Well, this is the circle of life that God created!”

But the fish took the initiative with a strange challenge that she offered to the duck. If she could answer it, it would be the duck’s right to eat the goldfish.

But if she failed to answer, the duck would comply with any judgment the fish ruled. The yellow duck agreed to that strange challenge.

The Story of Battuta, the Fish, and the Challenge 1

The story of Battuta

Hala stories

Battuta, the goldfish, dived deep into the lake, taking the duck along with her. They swam until they reached an old and sick fish. The goldfish asked Battuta, “Do you have a solution for this fish to regain its health?”

The duck replied, “No, I’m just a little yellow duck, and I don’t know anything about medicine.”

Battuta and the duck continued swimming until they came across a large fishing net set up by a human to catch the lake’s fish. The goldfish asked Battuta, “Can you remove this net from the lake and save the fish?”

The little yellow duck was taken aback for a moment before replying, “How can a little duck like me, who can only escape the hunt by running away, save the lake’s fish from the human’s net?”

The goldfish asked the duck to follow her, and they swam together until they reached a shell hidden deep in the lake. The goldfish asked the duck, “Do you know what is inside this shell?”

The duck fell silent in confusion and then replied, “Honestly, I don’t know what’s inside the shell. I’m just a beautiful little yellow duck who doesn’t know the hidden in shells!”

At this point, the challenge ended with the yellow duck’s failure. The goldfish asked her, “Are you ready for your punishment?”

But the little yellow duck was not ready for punishment and was afraid that the fish’s judgment might be unfair. She said to the fish, “Alright, rebellious fish against the cycle of life if you answer my questions, I will abide by your judgment and punishment.”

The Story of Battuta and the Challenge 2

The goldfish accepted the challenge and said confidently:

“Come on, yellow duck, show me what you’ve got.”

So the duck asked her:

“Can you fly?”

The goldfish said in surprise:

“How can a goldfish like me fly? I’ll die if I leave the water!”

The duck smiled and then asked:

“Can you leave the area in the winter to look for places where spring is happening?”

The goldfish was perplexed and then replied:

“Actually, I only know the lake water and life in the depths of this lake.”

So the yellow duck asked a third question:

“Can you recognize your children after they hatch from the eggs and do you protect them?”

The fish was embarrassed and said:

“Honestly, I lay my eggs and forget everything to do with them!”

At this, the duck laughed and said to the fish:

“My dear fish, God has created all of us in this life and has provided each of us with our food and drink. And none of us should be a scholar or a superhero or resemble another to live our lives normally. But each of us performs his role in this life.”

The fish said sadly:

“Okay, beautiful yellow duck, you have defeated me, you can eat me now.”

The duck replied:

“I will not eat you because you are my friend, but I will live my life naturally and I believe that God has created the universe in balance.”

The fish said happily:

“I also believe that I play an important role in this life and I believe that God created me to fulfill this role.”

The story of the tailor

The story of the tailor and Meshal, the owner of the ring

The story of the tailor and Meshal, the owner of the ring

The story of the tailor

English story

The market was very crowded, Meshal was living with his father in a small apartment in a busy neighborhood.

The neighborhood was restless day and night, so Meshal’s father decided to move out of that apartment to a quieter and more comfortable house.

The father looked for another house but was surprised to find that house prices had skyrocketed.

He calculated his salary every day to see if he could afford to pay rent in a new house and found that his salary was not enough.

Meshal decided to look for a job to help his father, as the cost of living had increased, the house had become cramped, and the noise in the neighborhood was getting louder and louder, and they needed an extra income to support their stable life.

The next morning, Meshal ate his breakfast and then went out to look for a job, going to the shops near their house one by one.

Everyone refused to hire him because he was still too young until he found a tailor at the end of the neighborhood.

The story of the tailor and Meshal

The story of the tailor

English stories

The tailor was an old man who needed someone to help him in his shop, so he asked Meshal to train him for three months without a salary and then pay him a good salary if he was excelled in his work.

Meshal agreed and started working on the same day. During his training, he found a large gold ring in the man’s desk drawer.

Meshal didn’t move it, but a phrase written on a small piece of paper caught his attention:

“Your money is not forbidden, but  your end and misery are in someone else’s money!”

When he returned home, he remembered the phrase while he was eating lunch. Meshal finished his lunch and then entered his room and changed his clothes to get some rest before he started his second shift.

He got up, grabbed a pen and white cardboard and wrote the phrase in beautiful Kufic script and hung it up in his room. Then he got dressed and went to work.

The  story of the tailor with Mishaal’s mother

The story of the tailor

English story

Mishaal’s mother entered the room and took the laundry basket full of clothes to wash them. Her eyes fell on the phrase hanging on Mishaal’s wall and she remembered something important that she had forgotten long ago.

She paused for a moment as if something important had jumped like a rabbit into her memory, resurrecting a scene that had been buried in oblivion.

In the evening, Meshal returned home exhausted from work, and his mother greeted him at the door, asking:

“What is the secret of that phrase you wrote and hung on your wall? “

Meshal looked at her, very tired, and answered quietly:

“I know you don’t like to hang papers on the wall, but I liked the phrase, so I hung it.”

He sat on the couch and told her the story of the tailor, the secret of the phrase and where he found it.

The father was sitting on the side, flipping channels on the TV set. He was surprised by what he heard and stopped to listen.

Suddenly the mother stood stunned and said in a soft voice as she put her palms on her cheeks,

“Now I remember ,Now I remember! ”

Everyone was surprised by her attitude and asked her what she had suddenly remembered.

The mother asked her son Meshal:

“Is the ring big with a celestial bead on it?”

Mishaal replied in astonishment:

“Yes, but how did you know?”

The mother smiled and said happily:

“I ask God’s forgiveness, it’s the scourge of forgetfulness.”

The story of the tailor and Honesty

The story of the tailor

English stories

The husband marvelled at her speech and said to her with a puzzled look on his face:

“What’s it to you about money, and what’s it to you about the ring? “

She said:

“Ten years ago, I went to a tailor to sew a dress for Mishaal for Eid and when I went to the tailor to ask him about the dress, I found it ready and the tailor was preparing to travel for the Eid holiday and asked for the sewing fee, which I didn’t have in my bag at the time. But I gave him the ring and told him that when he came back from travelling, I would come to pick up my ring and pay him for sewing the dress. “

Everyone looked on in amazement at what the mother was saying, but she continued the story and said:

“The tailor jokingly told me that he would buy a sheep for Eid with the value of that ring, but I told him that his money is not forbidden, but  his end and misery are in someone else’s money!”

The father looked at her quizzically and said:

” You told me it was lost, didn’t you? “

The story of the tailor and the return of justice to its rightful owners

She blushed and said with a smile:

“I had completely forgotten the story of the tailor and I checked the ring in all my closets and thought it had been lost or stolen! “

The next day he went to work and asked the old man about the meaning of that phrase, and the old man became confused and said:

“I wrote this phrase, my son, to remind myself of the danger of tampering with other people’s property.”

Then he took the ring and hid it in his pocket.

Meshal laughed and told the man what had happened the day before.

The old man felt a strange relief as he returned the trust to its owners after such a long time, and his eyes watered as he said:

“I feared that I would die before I returned the trust to its owner, and God forgave you for the price of the garment.”

Meshal kissed the old man’s head and said insistently:

“once I get my first salary from working with you, I’ll pay for the ring. “

This was a great lesson in honesty that Meshal got from that simple tailor.
