The Story of The Mystery of the Black Gate Mansion
On a cold winter’s night, illuminated by flickering lanterns that cast dancing shadows upon the snow-covered streets, lived a young detective named Susan.
A fervent admirer of the legendary Sherlock Holmes, she had devoured every novel chronicling his mastery of solving perplexing puzzles.
Inspired by his sharp intellect and unwavering pursuit of truth, Susan had honed her own detective skills, eager to emulate his triumphs.
Throughout her school years, university days, and in the neighborhood she lived in, Susan shared in resolving any issue she went through.
Her studies in law further sharpened her analytical mind, equipping her with the tools to tackle even the most intricate cases.
Her reputation for unwavering logic and unwavering determination in pursuit of the truth spread far and wide, earning her the trust and admiration of her community.
Citizens sought her assistance whenever faced with perplexing conundrums, confident in her ability to sift through the labyrinth of clues and uncover the hidden truth.
One particularly chilly evening, Susan received a mysterious letter, its contents hinting at a case shrouded in enigma. Intrigued, she delved into the message, her eyes scanning the words eagerly:
Susan was overjoyed when she received a new case, as she was known to be fascinated by mysteries!
Susan wasted no time in setting off for the desired mansion.
Upon arrival, Susan noticed that this mansion was shrouded in mystery by the appearance of the mysterious and imposing mansion. She looked up at the moonlit sky and rang the bell.
She stood waiting with her trusted companion, Boushka the loyal dog. Osama opened the door and welcomed her warmly, and upon entering, Susan knew she was in for a real adventure after seeing the labyrinth-like corridors of the mansion.
Susan looked around and then asked him:
“Is this mansion old?”
He replied quickly:
“Yes, it is over one hundred and fifty years old, and my family has inherited it from generation to generation.”
She said, contemplating every detail around her:
“That’s clear from the strange corridors of the mansion, and I can already guess that there is an underground cellar in the house, like in old houses.”
Osama was impressed by her keen observation and replied:
“You’re right, there is indeed a large cellar under the mansion with some old furniture. Would you like me to take you to see the cellar?”
She looked at him and added seriously:
“Not just the cellar, but everywhere in the mansion. I also want to meet all the people who live in the mansion.”
The Story of The Mystery of the Black Gate Mansion and the parties of the case
By midnight, Susan had wandered around the mansion. Osama went to get her dinner and Susan sat in the living room to rest.
Moments later, sad violin music filled the halls of the mansion, and Susan’s thin body shivered at what she heard.
She was determined to uncover the source of the haunting music that had frightened everyone in the family.
In the Black Gate Palace, Osama lives with his family, except for his uncle and his wife, who arrived after his father’s death.
They entered the hall one by one to welcome the guests who came to help them find out about this voice that had become a terror to them.
Abdurahman, Osama’s father, and his wife Samiha were the previous owners of the Black Gate Palace. Abdurahman, the deceased, was a respected figure in society.
Osama’s mother, saddened by the death of her husband, became deeply concerned about the future of the family’s property.
Hind is Abdurahman’s eldest daughter and one of the heirs. She is a young woman in her twenties who inherited the responsibility of the palace after her father’s death.
Hind was burdened with responsibility while her father’s memories haunted her in every corner of the palace. She has tried to keep her family away from that cursed property.
Ayman is Abdurahman’s eldest son and Hind and Osama’s brother. He was expected to be the first heir to the responsibility of the Black Gate Palace.
Ayman was away from work for most of his life, devoting himself to his studies in medicine, leaving his sister Hind to deal with the family’s problems alone.
Although he felt some jealousy towards her for bearing the full responsibility of the family, he cared for her and protected her from harm.
Osama is the youngest brother. He was one year younger than Hind. He dreamed of studying medicine abroad, but after his father’s death, it became difficult for his mother to secure the money for his studies.
Although Abdurahman lived in a large palace, he was a government employee and his salary was not very large.
Abdul Sami, Abdurahman’s brother, arrived at the palace after his older brother’s death with his wife, to claim his right to inherit the palace after his brother’s death.
These individuals share a complex system of family relationships, each with their own motives and secrets.
The Story of The Mystery of the Black Gate Mansion and solve the puzzle
And when Susan studied the secret of the Black Gate Palace, she discovered the hidden tensions and long-buried secrets that bind the Abdul Rahman family together.
Susan delved into the mystery of the sound in the palace, carefully collecting evidence in an attempt to solve the puzzle that had baffled the family for so long.
Susan began her investigation by carefully observing the areas surrounding the palace. She noticed the layout of the garden, the arrangement of the furniture, and any unusual features that might be important.
She paid close attention to the behavior of the members of the Abdul Rahman family, noting their reactions to events.
The Story of The Mystery of the Black Gate Mansion and Investigative Journey
She conducted extensive discussions with each member of the family, seeking information about their experiences with the sound of violin playing coming from an unknown location in the palace.
She asked them detailed questions about their suspicions, in an attempt to uncover any inconsistencies in their stories.
She began her investigation with the mother, Mrs. Samiha:
“Tell me, Mrs. Samiha, what do you think is happening? Who do you think the player is?”
She replied sadly:
“I don’t know. When my husband was alive, this palace was quiet and there were no problems. Nothing happened here to raise suspicions or fear.”
Susan repeated the question to her:
“Who do you think wants to scare you?”
She said hesitantly:
“I don’t know, but Abdel Sami’e, my husband’s brother, believes that after my husband’s death, he has the most right to live in the palace.”
Susan said:
“It’s natural that he should have a share of the inheritance.”
Samiha said:
“No, he has no right. Their father divided the property between them while he was alive. Abdel Rahman’s share was this palace and Abdel Sami’e’s share was his father’s factory. But he mismanaged the factory and got into a lot of debt, so he had to sell it.”
Then she spoke to Hind, who told her that she hates the silence in the palace and that she wants to live in a crowded place to feel alive because the feeling of loneliness kills her and makes her depressed!
And Ayman told her that he wished his mother would agree to sell the palace and make a fortune from its price. Osama didn’t care about the palace, all he cared about was traveling to study.
But he was terrified of what was happening in the palace when he heard sad music. Abdel Sami’e assured her that he has the right to this palace because it bears his father’s name, and that he will never give up that right. He expressed his suspicion of Samiha, saying:
“I know she’s trying to scare me away from the palace, and that will never happen as long as I’m alive.”
Susan examined every corner of the Black Gate Palace, searching for hidden passages, secret chambers, or any other clues that might shed light on the mystery.
She examined the architecture of the palace. She wanted to know if there were any secret places in the palace, while Susan could hear the sound of violin playing echoing throughout the palace!
Susan delved into the history of this strange palace, searching through old records, diaries, and newspapers for any mention of the previous owners or important events that might be connected to the palace.
The Story of The Mystery of the Black Gate Mansion and uncertain Ambiguity shrouds the scene
Susan delved into paranormal phenomena and the psychology of fear, seeking to understand the root cause of the family’s terror.
The sound was coming from inside the palace, and it must be one of the family members playing to scare the rest of the family, but the pressing question was, who is this person?
And what is his interest?
And why does he want to scare them?
The story of the mystery of the Black Gate Palace and the mystery surrounding the scene
The violin playing began, and Susan followed the sound until she reached the grand dining hall.
The music was coming from inside the hall, but the hall was empty, so the echo was spreading and distributing itself throughout the palace, making it difficult to pinpoint its location, which added to the mystery.
Susan was sure that the sound was in this hall in particular. She searched every corner of it but found nothing.
But she did not give up, she continued searching over and over again and noticed that the dog Bushka was jumping on one of the tiles that was making a sound.
She approached it and stepped on it cautiously to find it unsteady, so she tried to examine it with her hands until she was able to pull it up to discover a narrow secret passageway.
She barely managed to fit her skinny body into the passageway, and in the meantime, the playing stopped but she did not stop.
She continued to enter the narrow passageway and tried to bend her body so that she could crawl to find out what the end of this secret passageway was.
And when she reached the end of the passageway, she felt a narrow opening, and with high difficulty she managed to get her body out of that opening to find herself in a small, dark room!
She heard a commotion as if someone was moving in the room, she turned on a personal flashlight that she had with her, and there she was, a secret room with some scattered books, a worn-out rug, old furniture, and the person playing the violin!
In that secret room in the palace, Susan discovered that the person who was playing the violin was the maid who refused to sleep in the palace under the pretext of what was happening there.
The sad violin melody that filled the place stopped, and Susan was hidden in a place unknown to anyone.
And there in that small room that brought together the detective and the musician, the musician confessed to Hind’s plan and the reasons that prompted her to do this strange act.
And Hind confessed that she had orchestrated the entire charade in a desperate attempt to get her family away from the Black Gate Palace.
Since her father’s death, she has been surrounded by illusions of her father’s ghostly presence and the deadly silence in this large palace.
Susan revealed the midnight mystery that had been haunting troubled souls in the shadows of music with no player.
Which prompted her to leave the cursed estate behind, for fear of her sanity, Hind devised the Midnight Violin trick to scare her family into selling the palace after her mother’s strong refusal to sell.
Touched by Hind’s plight, Susan decided to help her face her fears and find a solution, by turning this large palace into a hotel that opens its doors to customers and fills this boring place with people, especially since it is located in a picturesque rural area.
Susan promised to convince her mother of that, and Susan came out victorious not only in solving the Black Gate Palace mystery but also in making a lasting friendship with Hind Abdul Rahman.
As the first rays of dawn broke through the clouds, Susan returned, believing that there was no greater mystery than the one she could solve.
And she is confident that there is no mystery too perplexing for her to solve because she is Susan, the young detective whose adventures know no bounds.
