“Why don’t we watch TV instead? I’m tired of drawing and coloring. We can finish the painting tomorrow,”.

Nimor replied
“Actually, I’d rather go play ball with my friend Qurud at the forest playground,”.
He asked his mother’s permission to go outside with his friends. His mother accepted but she asked him to back home early.

While the class is out for exercise., Namura was late and stayed in the classroom. She joined them in the middle of the physical education class.

Namura smiled slyly and said to herself:

“Today will be different from the quiet days in class, it will be a day of laughter and fun.”

The teacher Zuroofa entered the class and began explaining the multiplication table of two.

She wrote a question and asked Qututa to come up to solve it on the board.

Qututa grabbed the pen and when she stood up to solve it, there was a sound of laughter from the students!

The teacher was surprised and wondered about the unjustified laughter, so Quruda pointed to a card hanging on Qututa’s clothes with a drawing written on it:

“I am very stupid.”

Qututa felt embarrassed and tried to hold back her tears, and the teacher Zuroofa got angry.

She removed the card from Qututa’s clothes and asked the students who did that silly joke, but no one answered.

The teacher encouraged Qututa and asked her to start solving the question.

The teacher asked the students to clap for Qututa, thanked her, and asked her to return to her seat.

Qututa felt confident after the teacher’s encouragement and tried to forget the silly card that was stuck in her clothes.

After that, the teacher asked the students to take out their workbooks.

Namura was watching Salhufa, who looked worried and tense, as she searched for her book in vain.

Namura said in a low voice:

“It’s time for fun because Ms. Zrufa doesn’t tolerate anyone who forgets their workbook. It looks like Salhufa will be in trouble soon.”

Ms. Zrufa noticed Salhufa’s distress and asked her why she was so upset.

Salhufa stammered and replied:

“I’m sure I put my workbook in my bag this morning, but now I’m looking for it and I can’t find it.”

Felfoul suggested that Salhufa empty the contents of her bag.

Salhufa emptied the books and notebooks, but she did not find the book.

When the teacher noticed her distress, she said:

“Maybe you forgot it unintentionally. Follow along with Felfoul in her book, and when you get home, do what you missed.”

Namura was disappointed as she expected Ms. Zrufa to punish Salhufa, but nothing happened and she forgave her.

Namura felt excited as she noticed the surprise and astonishment on Thuelub’s face as he got up from his seat.

And he called out to Ms. Zrufa:

“I found Salhufa’s book in my bag. I don’t know why it’s there or who put it there.”

Salhufa said:

“Why did you take my book, Thuelub? This is inappropriate behavior. You scared me a lot.”

Thuelub replied:

“I didn’t take your book and I never touched your bag. I’m just as surprised as you are.

And if I had taken it, I would have kept quiet and I wouldn’t have told the teacher about it being in my bag.”

The angry Salhufa said, “Aha! My book must have grown legs and crawled into your bag!”

Thuelub replied harshly, “I told you I don’t know how it got into my bag! Maybe you put it there yourself, just to get me in trouble, who knows.”

Salhufa became even more enraged and said, “What are you saying? How could I put it in your bag and then search for it?”

Thuelub said, “Maybe it ran out of your bag because of your extreme stupidity.”

Salhufa and Thuelub raised their voices over the book, and the teacher intervened and said, “Everyone, please be quiet”.

This pointless arguing is enough. After we finish the lesson, we will continue the story of the flying books.”

The teacher asked everyone to take a break, and she tried to understand the cause of all that chaos.

The teacher started looking for the one who did all those silly pranks.

After a while, Romba’ was screaming, and when the teacher tried to understand the reason, she told her that her food tasted very spicy.

Ms. Zrufa realized that someone had put hot spices in Romba’s food.

And she suspected that the one who did it was the one who stuck the funny card on Qututa’s clothes and put Salhufa’s book in Thuelub’s bag.”

The teacher brought some milk from the school cafeteria and asked Romba to drink some milk to get rid of the spicy taste in her mouth.

After the teacher finished with the spicy food problem, she felt exhausted so she went to take a break.

Suddenly, there was an explosion that made all the students panic and scream, and Ms. Zrufa fell to the ground because of the fear and the loudness of the sound.

Ms. Zrufa looked under the seats and found traces of firecrackers!

Ms. Zrufa said:

“It seems we are about to discover the owner of the silly games.”

Falfola wondered and said:

“How is that, Ms. Zrufa?”

Ms. Zrufa replied:

“Whoever lit the fireworks must have a lighter or a box of matches in his bag.”

She went through the students’ bags and found nothing, and as soon as it was Namura’s turn to be searched, Nomura grabbed her bag and clung to it. The teacher asked her to leave her bag, but Namura refused vehemently.

Ms. Zrufa summoned the principal, Mr. Flavelo, and told him about the silly pranks the students had been through.

The principal asked Namoura to leave the bag. Ms. Zrufa took the bag and emptied its contents, and there was a lighter and a bag with traces of hot spices.

Here, Ms. Zrufa said:

“Now everything is clear, you are the one who did all those pranks, Namoura.”

Namura said, frightened:

“I did put the spices in Romba’s food, and I stuck the card on Qututa’s clothes and put Salhufa’s book in Thuelub’s bag, and I lit the fireworks under the classroom seats and Ms. Zrufa’s seat, but I meant to break the boredom and add a sense of humor to the school day.”

Mr. Flavelo said:

“This is not a joke and it cannot cause any fun. Tomorrow you will not come to school except with your father. Your behavior today is unacceptable.”

Namura said:

“But in the prank show everyone was happy and laughing, and I thought we would have fun together like the prank show, and I didn’t know it would be annoying to my classmates. I promise not to repeat it.”

Ms. Zrufa said:

“Namoura, you can’t copy everything you see on TV.”

The teacher asked Namura to apologize to everyone, and after Namura’s apology, the teacher emphasized that joking and having fun is a good thing, as long as it does not cause pain or upset to anyone.

Namura felt remorse for causing her classmates distress and creating unnecessary chaos.

Namura decided not to joke in a way that would cause fear or distress to those around her.

And the next day, she distributed some colorful cards to her classmates as an expression of her apology.

Namura designed the colorful cards by herself, and Mr. Flavelo, Ms. Zrufa, and her classmates forgave her.

The educational objective of the story of Namura is that “Playing with others’ feelings cannot be a joke.”
